VIVO is building MySpaxe to bring that era back, modernized — pages you vibe-code, music that follows you, and live that is glasses-only. First-person or nothing.

Terms of Service

Who we are. Virtual Integration Via Open ("VIVO") is building MySpaxe. This waitlist is run by VIVO.

What we collect. The name, phone number, email address, and username you enter here — nothing else, no trackers beyond standard analytics.

What we do with it. We contact you about MySpaxe: launch news, early access, and the occasional update from David. No selling, no renting, no sharing with third parties.

Your handle. Reserving a username holds it for you at launch. Handles are not transferable, and VIVO may reclaim handles that impersonate others or are offensive.

Your rights. Want out? One email and your record is removed from the waitlist and every mailing, with a full purge of archival copies within 30 days.

Timing. Launch timing is a target (Q4 2026), not a promise — except the mass email. That's a promise.
